Product introduction:
Vertical lime kiln is widely used in cement production in the construction industry. Lime is also very important in many other uses and chemical applications, used in the production of gypsum wallboard or drywall, for air pollution control scrubbing systems, used in agriculture to neutralize the acidity of soil, and lime is used as a pigment in paint. Adopting the most advanced lime kiln technology in China, it has low initial investment, low operating cost, low environmental pollution impact, low fuel consumption, and is fully automated through PLC and intelligent fault alarm system. Qualified limestone is stored in silos and is lifted and transported into the silo at the top of the preheater.
Technical features:
1. High degree of automation. The operation adjustment, control and alarm of each device in the calcining system are centrally controlled by the PLC in the main control room, and the screen displays each control point and the necessary interlocking device to monitor the production process, automatically record each operating parameter, and print it at any time.
2. Improve environmental protection measures. The calcining tail gas adopts pulse jet bag dust collector to remove dust, which meets the national emission standards. Bag dust collector is also used for dust removal in the vertical drop point cooler.
