For DIY battery packs, ensure cells are balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Professional testing verifies voltage, resistance, and appearance before every shipment.
Warranty & Return Policy
5-year warranty from delivery date. Capacity below 80% of initial rating qualifies for replacement. Return eligibility requires unused condition with intact electrodes, no welding, and good appearance within 15 days of receipt.
Important: These are prototype batteries without protection boards - you must purchase compatible BMS separately.
