All Types Cross Shaft Bearing For Machinery GUMZ12 GUN27 GU1000 GU1100 GUN-46
Product Description:
Cross Bearing is a mechanical component that is used widely in the automotive industry, particularly in front engine and rear wheel drive systems between the transmission and drive axle. It consists of a universal joint fork, which can include a universal joint flange fork, drive shaft sleeve fork, and a cross shaft. The four ends of the cross shaft, which is also known as the journal, are fitted into the needle bearing assembly that contains an oil seal, needle bearing, and sleeve.
The needle bearing assembly is then installed into the universal joint fork hole. Other areas where Cross Bearing is utilized include transfer cases between drive axles, drive axles and drive axles, or between drive axles and transmissions, where the axes change position due to frame deformation. It is also used in differentials and cars with independent suspension.
Cross Bearing is essential in steering systems that drive the differential between axles and wheels. It plays a crucial role in the power output device and steering control mechanism of a car. Because of its many functions, it is considered a critical component in the automotive industry and is relied upon to ensure safe and effective operation of vehicles.
