Pressed Steel Cage Angular Contact Ball Bearing 7000 7001 7002 7003 70004 ACM
Product Description:
Angular Contact Bearing is a type of ball bearing that can be customized in size, ranging from 30mm to 150mm. It is made of either bearing steel or stainless steel, and is available in different grades including p5, p4, p2, and p0. The cage of this bearing can be made of Nylon, Brass, Stamped Steel, or Bakelite. Additionally, the Model of the bearing can also be chosen from C, A, or B.
The Angular Contact Ball Bearing is designed to mainly bear a large, one-way axial load. The connection line between the steel ball contacting the ball bearing and the contact point of the inner and outer rings forms an angle with the radial direction. There are three standard contact angles: 15° represented by C, 30° represented by A, and 40° represented by B. The greater the contact angle, the greater the load capacity.
The cage material of the Angular Contact Ball Bearing is typically made of steel, brass or engineering plastic, and the molding method is stamping or turning, depending on the bearing form or use conditions. Other types of angular contact ball bearings include combined angular contact ball bearings, double row angular contact ball bearings, and four-point contact ball bearings.
The Angular Contact Bearing is widely used in industrial machinery such as machine tool spindles, electromechanical equipment, welding machines, and other mechanical equipment.

Features:
The design of angular contact bearings allows for the effective handling of both radial and axial forces due to the angle of contact between the balls and the raceway. This makes them ideal for high-speed operations where precise handling is essential.
Angular contact bearings are capable of supporting heavier loads compared to standard deep groove bearings, making them suitable for use in demanding environments. This enhanced load capacity translates to improved performance for machinery, automotive components, aerospace, and precision equipment.
A common application for angular contact bearings is in machinery, automotive components, aerospace, and precision equipment such as spindles, gearboxes, and turbine generators. This versatile design lends itself well to a wide range of industries and applications.
Angular contact bearings are made from high-quality steel or ceramic materials, providing superior wear resistance, durability, and performance. They are also available with various lubricants (grease or oil), making them suitable for use in high-temperature and high-stress conditions.
In addition, these bearings feature different cage designs (metal or nylon) that facilitate smooth operation, reduced friction, and lower noise levels. They are also available in various contact angles (15°, 25°, 40°), enabling customization for specific load characteristics and operational conditions.
Angular contact bearings are available with various sealing types (open, shielded, or sealed) for protection against contaminants and prolonging bearing life. These sealing options help improve performance and reduce maintenance costs for applications across multiple industries and environments.
