Foil Bearing High-speed Centrifugal Blowers is a high-efh.ciency,energy-saving,green and environmentally friendlyproduct, its mechanical structure is simple, the moving partsare few, the control robustness is good, and the maintenanceis convenient. It adopts automotive-grade oil-free andhigh-reliability dynamic pressure foil bearing, which has nofriction and small mechanical loss during operation. Usingadvanced permanent magnet synchronous motortechnology, the maximum speed can reach 95000rpm, and itonly takes 5s to run at full speed.The motor effciency is ashigh as 97%, which meets the two-stage energy effciencystandard.

The high-effciency ternary flow impeller used in the FoilBearing High-speed Centrifugal Blowers breaks through thekey technology of low specifc speed design and has higheffciency. The integrated special design of the main enginemakes the noise less than 75dB(A) and the vibration less than12um. It adopts stepless adjustment, and the blower can startand stop quickly, and the number of continuous starts andstops exceeds 200,000 times.

Foil bearing has physical contact between therotor and the bearing before starting, therelative movement of the rotor and the bearinggenerates air pressure when starting, when therotor rotates, the speed of the air around therotor can be converted into pressure energy, andthe air pressure makes the rotor float when therotor reaches a certain rotation speed and playsa lubricatingrole.
