Description to IPX5-6 Water Jet Test Machine:
The spray gun of this product is capable of automatically swinging in the vertical direction, ensuring a comprehensive and even spray test on all directions of the product's enclosure, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the testing process. Moreover, its touch-controlled design allows users to operate through an intuitive graphical interface, set test parameters, and control experimental conditions, making the operation simple and convenient.
- The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is about 400L. There is a water level control in the water tank, with a low water level prompt (water shortage alarm).
- The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding.
- Equipped with a special water spray bracket, the nozzle can automatically swing up and down and move left and right,so that the water spray covers a wider area. The water spray angle and water spray height can be set through the program.
- Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages.
- Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
