The rain testing equipment incorporates 3 precision flow sensors, enabling precise monitoring of water spray intensity across diverse locations, offering a comprehensive overview of spray conditions within the entire test zone for enhanced accuracy.

• The counterweight is added at the bottom of the case to lower the center of gravity of the case and make the device more stable when swinging.
• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When it is short of water, it will alarm.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the control cabinet, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵.
• The swing tube is driven by a servo motor, with precise swing angle and low noise.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Stainless steel counterweights are added at both ends of the swing tube to improve the fluency of swing and reduce the shaking range of the swing tube.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Spray water can not be recycled, the test need to maintain a continuous water inlet, the internal water tank, if due to accidental water cut off, it will not affect the progress of the test, you can continue to spray water.
• The equipment can be equipped with a variety of pendulum tube specifications: R200-R1600mm (need to be specified in advance).
• The swing angle of the pendulum tube can be customised to meet more scenarios of testing needs.
• All 304 stainless steel body, excellent material, will not rust.
