This spray test chamber employs a 7-inch touch screen as its control interface, offering straightforward operation that allows users to intuitively set and adjust various parameters.

• The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is about 400L. There is a water level control in the water tank, with a low water level prompt (water shortage alarm).
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding.
• A special bracket is provided to allow users to test easily.
• Spray angle can be adjusted manually.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.

7 Since the capacity of the water storage tank is limited, and the spray water cannot be recycled quickly, it is recommended that the user set the test time between 3-5 minutes to avoid insufficient water supply.

8 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.
