Product introduction:

Compared with the conventional IPX7 immersion soaking test chamber , this product is equipped with a lifting device, and stainless steel sample baskets can be customized according to different needs, greatly reducing the cost of manual handling.

• The water tank is made of 304 stainless steel, which is firm and durable.
• The double-layer structure is adopted, and the inner layer is welded with reinforcing ribs to ensure the reliability of the water tank.
• There is a lifting device on the top of the water tank,which is convenient for users to lift and place samples⁴.
• The stainless steel sample basket can be customized according to the size of the user's sample (the size should be confirmed by both parties in advance).
• The external toughened glass window is convenient for users to observe the test situation.
• There is a stainless steel ruler attached to the outside of the box, which can visually see the current water level.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.

Installation requirements:
 

• Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
• Water source: Please prepare clean water source(The manufacturer distributes a 6-meter water pipe with an inner diameter of 15mm).
• Power supply:220V/50HZ, 700w, please check whether it is compatible.
• Site space:≥W1600×D1800×2800mm
• The laboratory needs to have drains or floor drains and have ventilation conditions.

5 This device does not have a reminder function, and the test time is controlled by the user; if it is necessary to add timing and alarm functions, it needs to be negotiated in advance.
