Test Principle4:
IPX8 Test: By filling the tank with compressed air and increasing the water surface pressure, the pressure in the water increases synchronously, thereby simulating different water depth environments.
Features:
- The device is equipped with a pressure sensor, which can display the internal pressure change synchronously.
- Cylinder lifting devices are installed on both sides of the tank, so that the lid can be lifted and lowered smoothly.
- The tank cover is fastened with stainless steel can lid flange fasteners, and the seal is firm.
- Timing is performed by a time relay, and timing starts after the internal pressure reaches the set value.
- After the test is complete, the device automatically vents the pressure.
- The tank cover is connected with a mechanical safety valve. If the set pressure exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve will release the pressure directly to ensure the safety of users.
- A hook is welded inside, which is convenient for users to fix and take samples.
- If the user needs to provide an external power supply for the sample, we can open a hole in the lid and provide a locking device (wire diameter <15mm)5.

Installation requirements:
- Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that the spacel in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
- Water source: Please prepare clean water source.
- Air source: Please prepare a compressed air source with an output pressure of 0.6-0.8Mpa7.
- Power supply:220V/50HZ, 100w；please check whether it is compatible.
- Site space:≥W1300×D1300×H2500mm
- The room needs to reserve a drain, and the bottom of the machine can be connected to a water pipe for drainage.
