Description:

IPX69K is a comprehensive equipment that can meet the testing requirements of both IPX56 and IPX9. Moreover, it is capable of controlling parameters such as water pressure, water temperature, and spray duration, so as to evaluate the waterproof performance of products under different conditions and ensure the accuracy of test results.

• The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is about 400L.
• There is a water level control in the water tank, with a low water level prompt (water shortage alarm).
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵.
•  A special bracket is provided to allow users to test easily.
• Spray angle can be adjusted manually.
•  Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.

7 Since the capacity of the water storage tank is limited, and the spray water cannot be recycled quickly, it is recommended that the user set the test time between 3-5 minutes to avoid insufficient water supply.

8 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.
