Vacuum system:
 
The user needs to connect the sample to a special pumping pipe, and the gas inside the sample is pumped out by a vacuum pump, and the pumping speed can be adjusted by an air flow meter.
►Need to reserve the air hole position for the sample.
 
Equipment structure:
 

Featuring two doors, the dust-proof chamber facilitates seamless integration of large samples or equipment, enhancing operational flexibility and accelerating work processes.

 

 

• The talcum powder is blown to the top of the pipeline by the circulation pump and is sprayed out from the dust outlet above the inner box, and moves in disorder after falling freely.
• There is a special outlet at the bottom of the funnel, user can quickly collect dust through there⁵.
• To keep the test space as dry as possible, a heater is mounted on the outside of the funnel floor.
•  A vibrator is mounted on the outside of the funnel, which can work intermittently to keep the dust from sticking to the inner wall as much as possible.
• The pumping pressure is displayed by the pressure sensor(Unit:kPa), and can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve; The pumping speed can be displayed by the flow sensor(Unit:slpm), and the total pumping volume and current pumping speed can be displayed.
• The door is transparent and equipped with a window wiper to allow perfect observation of the test space.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the side of the chassis, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample⁶.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁷.
• Casters are mounted to the bottom, and can be adjusted to fix the chassis according to the flatness of the ground.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection,blower overload protection.
