The salt spray testing apparatus serves as a vital tool in assessing the durability of materials against corrosion. By exposing specimens to a fine spray of saline mist, it mimics extreme maritime conditions. This enclosed system rigorously examines the resilience of metals, protective coatings, and various materials to the erosive effects of salt. The chamber ensures accuracy and consistency in test outcomes through meticulous regulation of parameters such as temperature, humidity levels, and salt content.

• It is made of PVC with strong mechanics structure; Machine frame is acid proof, alkali proof, temperature proof and never aging, suitable for salt spray, cupric acetate various test specifications.
• Customized nozzle makes spray device to spray fog fast and evenly.
• The spraying and stop-fogging time can be set separately for cyclic intermittent spraying.
• Add water in the sealing tank to prevent the mist from leaking out.
• The spray tower adopts a conical disperser, which has the functions of guiding the mist, adjusting the amount of mist and evenly falling mist.
• Heating system: fast heating, when the temperature reaches the set value, it will automatically switch to the constant temperature state.

• Water filling system: automatically add water to the pressure barrel and test chamber to prevent damage to the instrument due to water shortage.

• Demisting system: clear the salt mist in the test chamber during the test process or in the shutdown state to prevent the corrosive gas from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the test room.
• Safety protection: low water level alarm, over temperature alarm, salt water level alarm, leakage protection.

 Application:

The salt spray machine is commonly seen in quality control and research and development processes in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and construction. It is widely used to evaluate the durability of materials like metals, coatings, electronic components, etc., in marine, humid, or salt-corrosive environments, thereby screening for high-quality products.

Installation requirements:
 

• Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
• Water source: Please prepare purified water.
• Power supply:220V/50HZ；3kw; please check whether it is compatible.
• Air source: Please prepare a compressed air source with an output pressure of 0.6-0.8Mpa⁴.
• Site space: ≥W2500×D1800×2500mm
• The room needs to reserve a drain, and the bottom of the left side of the machine can be connected to the water pipe for drainage.

• Use environmental conditions:

  1 Temperature: 8℃～50℃.

  2 Relative humidity: less than 85% .

  3 No direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources.

  4 There is no high concentration of dust and corrosive substances around.
