Machine introduction:

The Fluorescent UV Aging Test Chamber simulates sunlight's UV rays to accelerate aging of materials. It features adjustable UV intensity, temperature and humidity control, replicating diverse weather conditions. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, it ensures precise measurement and control.

• The interior is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable.
• Use nickel-chromium alloy to heat air and water, heating control method: non-contact SSR (solid state relay).
• Using touch screen control, it can monitor and display the test situation.
• The sample holder is made of pure aluminum metal, and the distance from the sample surface to the center of the light pipe is 50±3mm.
• Light irradiance is adjustable and controllable, with high irradiance control function.
• It has dual functions of low water level alarm and automatic water replenishment.
• Protection system: water shortage protection, over-temperature protection, low (high) irradiance alarm, sample rack temperature over-temperature protection, sample rack temperature low alarm, leakage protection.

Installation requirements:

• Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
• Water source: Please prepare purified water；water pressure reaches 138 ~ 344Kpa (20 ~ 50psi), flow: minimum 5L/min.
• Power supply:220V/50HZ；2.0kw；please check whether it is compatible.
• Site space:≥W1500×D1500×2000mm
• The room needs to reserve a drain, and the back of the machine can be connected to the water pipe for drainage.
• Use environmental conditions:

          1 Temperature: 8℃～50℃.

          2 Relative humidity: less than 85% .

          3 No direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources.

          4 There is no high concentration of dust and corrosive substances around.
