Test Principle:

1. By evacuating the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water will generate a pressure difference between the inside and outside, and observe the escape of gas in the sample to determine the sealing performance of the sample;

2. By evacuating the vacuum chamber to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sample, observe the expansion of the sample and the shape recovery of the sample after the vacuum is released, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample.

Test Methods:

1. Place the sample into the water in the test tank in advance.
2. Cover the lid, set the pressure, set the test time, and press the start button
3. Start the vacuum pump to pump the air on the water surface, and stop automatically after reaching the set pressure; since after vacuuming, there will be a pressure difference between the inner chamber and the outer chamber of the sample, two situations may occur at this time:

                 ① If the sample is a defective product, bubbles will bubble continuously in the water, and the tester can observe the bubbling position;

                 ② If the sample is a qualified product, there will be no bubbles.

Sealing Tester structure:

• Suitable for product sealing testing.
• The tank body is made of high-quality plexiglass, which is completely transparent all around (convenient to observe the test conditions of the test sample) and has stronger endurance.
• Special silicone sealing ring has good elasticity and is not easy to be damaged.
• After the test is completed, it can automatically stop pumping and automatically balance the internal pressure. The tester can open the tank cover and take out the test sample.
• The electronic control components are from imported brands (such as LS, Panasonic, Omron, etc.);
• The pneumatic components are from Taiwan's original Airtac to ensure the stability and service life of the equipment.
• Pressure control: Panasonic pressure sensor is used to automatically control the test pressure in the tank, with a control accuracy of ±1KPa and a display accuracy of 0.1KPa.
• Test function: negative pressure simulation.
