About product:

Equipped with a high-precision flow sensor, the device is capable of real-time monitoring and controlling the water spray flow, ensuring that the spray flow during each test meets the preset standards. This is particularly crucial for waterproof rating tests that require precise control of water spray volume.

• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When the water is full, it will prompt, and when it is short of water, it will alarm.The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the right wall of the inner box, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵. And there is a waterproof lighting inside, which is convenient for users to observe the test situation.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Test time setting: 0-999min⁷.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
• Using Yuexin independent research and development and design of the operating interface, support for multi-language switching, and in the case of networking can be handled remotely to deal with program problems.
• The equipment is painted in Yuexin's standard blue and white colour to emphasise the waterproof theme.
• Conventional box-type equipment swing tube specifications are generally R200, R400, R600, can be customised according to user needs to do larger specifications (need to assess the budget, delivery period and other factors)
• Box-type structure, can be recycled water testing, saving resources and more environmentally friendly (it is recommended to replace the water once a week to prevent the deterioration of water quality)
• Internal front water storage tank, can be convenient for maintenance and timely water change, the water tank has a filter, can prevent parts impurities into the pump.

7 It is recommended to set the test time according to the test standard. The water temperature will rise due to long time test which has an impact on the test results.
