Equipped with flow sensors and pressure sensors, the test chamber is capable of not only precisely controlling and monitoring the flow rate of rainfall, but also simulating rainfall environments under varying pressures, thereby enabling a comprehensive evaluation of the waterproof performance of products. Moreover, its supercharging system is usually equipped with stable safety devices, such as overvoltage protection and overload protection, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment during the supercharging process.

• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When the water is full, it will prompt, and when it is short of water, it will alarm.The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the right wall of the inner box, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵. And there is a waterproof lighting inside, which is convenient for users to observe the test situation.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Test time setting: 0-999min⁷.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
• Using Yuexin independent research and development and design of the operating interface, support for multi-language switching, and in the case of networking can be handled remotely to deal with program problems.
• The equipment adopts stainless steel water pump to ensure that the machine operates for a long time without rusting and is very durable.
• Internal front water storage tank, can be convenient for maintenance and timely water change, the water tank has a filter, can prevent parts impurities into the pump.
• Conventional box-type equipment swing tube specifications are generally R200, R400, R600, can be customised according to user needs to do larger specifications (need to assess the budget, delivery period and other factors)
• The equipment is painted in Yuexin's standard blue and white colour to emphasise the waterproof theme.

The IPX34 rain test chamber is widely used in various scenarios, including waterproof performance testing of outdoor appliances, household appliances, automotive components, and electrical products. It can realistically simulate the water spray test environment to ensure the product's good performance in rainy or humid environments.
