Boasting a single pendulum tube with a ±90° swing capacity, this rain test machine offers pinpoint control over oscillations, making it apt for equipment that necessitates focused waterproofing tests. Additionally, armed with high-accuracy flow sensors, it provides a cost-effective solution in certain instances compared to more expensive flow meters.

• The counterweight is added at the bottom of the case to lower the center of gravity of the case and make the device more stable when swinging.
• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When it is short of water, it will alarm.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the control cabinet, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵.
• The swing tube is driven by a servo motor, with precise swing angle and low noise.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Stainless steel counterweights are added at both ends of the swing tube to improve the fluency of swing and reduce the shaking range of the swing tube.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
