Introduction to IPX5-6 Water Jet Test Machine :

This water jet test device is equipped with an automated pressurization function, encompassing pressure escalation, maintaining consistent pressure levels, temporarily halting the test, and safely decompressing, thereby significantly alleviating the workload on users.The machine adopts the method of spraying water up, down, left, and right to conduct waterproof tests on the equipment, ensuring that the samples can be fully exposed to water spray during the testing process. Moreover, its touch-controlled design allows users to operate through an intuitive graphical interface, set test parameters, and control experimental conditions, making the operation simple and convenient.

• The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is about 400L. There is a water level control in the water tank, with a low water level prompt (water shortage alarm).
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding.
• Equipped with a special water spray bracket, the nozzle can automatically swing up and down and move left and right,so that the water spray covers a wider area. The water spray angle and water spray height can be set through the program.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
