Introduction of IPX5 water jet test machine:
This water jet test chamber utilizes a button-operated interface, allowing users to effortlessly set the spray test duration, adjust the water flow rate, and other parameters, thereby streamlining the operational process.
- The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is about 400L.
- Spray angle can be adjusted manually.
- The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding 6.
- Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.

Installation requirements:
- Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
- Water source: Please prepare clean water source.
- Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 2.0kw, please check whether it is compatible.
- Site space: ≥W4000×D2800×2500mm.
- The ground is flat and the rooms are ventilated.
- The laboratory needs to have drains or floor drains.
Remark:

5 The forward and reverse mode needs to be realized by setting the turntable time relay.

7 Since the capacity of the water storage tank is limited, and the spray water cannot be recycled quickly, it is recommended that the user set the test time between 3-5 minutes to avoid insufficient water supply.
8 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; Please change to another model if you need to export the test data.
