Product introduction:
The IPX8 water immersion test equipment is a testing instrument designed to evaluate the waterproof performance of product casings. It can simulate environments at depths of up to 100 meters, possessing exceptional capabilities for deep waterproof testing. The equipment features a button-style design for easy operation and supports manual opening of the lid, facilitating sample placement and retrieval for testers. Additionally, it boasts high-precision detection performance, ensuring that products maintain excellent waterproof performance even in harsh underwater environments.
- The device is equipped with a pressure sensor, which can display the internal pressure change synchronously.
- The tank cover is fastened with stainless steel can lid flange fasteners, and the seal is firm.
- Timing is performed by a time relay, and timing starts after the internal pressure reaches the set value.
- After the test is complete, the device automatically vents the pressure.
- The tank cover is connected with a mechanical safety valve. If the set pressure exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve will release the pressure directly to ensure the safety of users.
- The tank lid is lifted and lowered by cylinder driving to reduce operating pressure.
- If the user needs to provide an external power supply for the sample, we can open a hole in the lid and provide a locking device (wire diameter <15mm)5.
