Yes, we are one of the professional manufacturers of waterproof and dustproof test equipment in China. Every machine purchased from our factory has 12 months warranty after shipment. We offer 12 months for FREE maintenance, with possible extension for sea transportation. During warranty, we provide parts replacements, repairs, and technical support, including possible on-site service.
2. What's the delivery term?
Standard machines are typically available from stock. For non-stock items, normal delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. Urgent needs can be specially arranged.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services including logo placement.
4. How can I install and use the machine?
We provide English operation videos via email. Most machines ship fully assembled - just connect power to begin use. We can also assist with on-site installation when necessary.
