DU Type Dry Bush & Bearings (Oil Free) utilize the exceptional dry bearing properties of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) combined with strength, stability, excellent wear resistance, superior heat conductivity, and low thermal expansion.

Multi-Layer Construction

PTFE Layer: 0.01-0.03mm thickness
Porous Bronze Layer: 0.2-0.3mm thickness
Steel/Bronze Backing: 0.7-2.3mm thickness
Tin-plating: 0.005mm or Copper plating: 0.008mm
