Product Description:

The CJ19 series switching capacitor contactor is mainly used in AC circuits at 50 Hz (or 60 Hz), with a rated operating voltage up to 690 V. It is used for low-voltage reactive power compensation equipment to put in or remove low-voltage shunt capacitors. The contactor is equipped with a surge current suppression device, which effectively reduces the inrush current impact on the capacitors during closing and suppresses overvoltage during opening. Meet the standards: GB / T14048.4, IEC / EN 60947-4-1.

Product Feature:

The CJ19 series switching capacitor contactor has a direct-acting, double-break structure. The contact system is arranged in two layers, with the upper layer consisting of a surge current suppression device made up of three pairs of current-limiting contacts and current-limiting resistors. When the contactor closes, it connects first, after a few milliseconds, the working contacts connect. The permanent magnets in the current-limiting contacts release under spring force, disconnecting the current-limiting resistors and allowing the capacitors to operate normally.

•CJ19-25 to CJ19-43 contactors have two pairs of auxiliary contacts.

•CJ19-63 to CJ19-95 contactors have three pairs of auxiliary contacts.

•CJ19-115 to CJ19-170 contactors have one pair of auxiliary contacts built-in.

The wiring terminals are covered with insulating covers for safety and reliability. The coil connection terminals are marked with voltage data to prevent incorrect connections.

•CJ19-25 to CJ19-43 contactors can be installed with screws or mounted on a 35 mm standard DIN rail using a slide-on bracket.

•CJ19-63 to CJ19-95 contactors can be installed on 35 mm or 75 mm standard DIN rail.

•CJ19-115 to CJ19-170 contactors can be installed with screws or mounted on two 35 mm standard DIN rails.
