Product Description:
The JD-5 electric motor protector is suitable for use in AC circuits at 50 Hz, with a rated insulation voltage below AC 690 V and a rated operating current ranging from 0.5 A to 400 A. It is designed for overload and phase-failure protection of AC motor operating continuously or intermittently and AC contactor are generally used cooperatively.
It meet the standards GB/T 14048.4 and IEC 60947-4-1.
Product Feature:
1. The motor protector can timely disconnect the switch electrical contacts and the 3 phase power of the motor when the main circuit of the motor occurs abnormal operation state such as phase loss, overload and stall, so as to reliably protect the motor.
2. This motor protector is simple in structure, reliable in action, easy to use and in line with the standards GB/T 14048.4 and IEC 60947-4-1.
3. The protector features high protection accuracy, reasonable structure, complete functions.
4. With protection functions for symmetrical faults (such as overload, stall, etc) and asymmetrical faults (such as phase loss).
5. The protector adopts current detection technology and relay output interface.

Operating Conditions and Environmental Suitability:
•Altitude ≤2000m.
•Ambient temperature Range: -5℃~ +40℃, with daily average ≤ +35℃.
•Atmospheric condition: when the highest temperature is +40℃, the relative humidity of air shall be no more than 50%, higher relative humidity shall be allowable at lower temperature, for instance air humidity may reach 90% at +20℃. Special measures should be taken to address condensation that may occur due to temperature changes.
•Pollution Level: Level 3.
•Inclination between installation plane and vertical plane shall ≤ ±5°.
•In the media without explosive risk, and no gases that may be corrosive to metal and damage insulation in the media together with at places where much conducting dust being in existence.
•At places where rain & snow proof facilities are equipped with and not being full of steam.
•At places without prominence rock, impact and vibration.
