Product Description:
The ND16 series signal lights are designed for telecommunication and electrical circuits operating at an alternating current (AC) frequency of 50 Hz (or 60 Hz), with a rated voltage not exceeding 400 V, or in direct current (DC) circuits with a working voltage not exceeding 400 V. It serves the purpose of indicating signals, warning signals, accident signals, and other forms of signal indication.

Installation Steps:
1. Check Voltage Compatibility:
●Before installing and using the signal light, check that the rated working voltage matches the application requirements.
2. Prepare for Installation:
●Remove the plastic locking nut from the signal light.
●Insert the signal light through the front of the panel.
●From the back of the panel, tighten the plastic locking nut to secure the signal light in place.
●Connect the power supply wires to the signal light.
Operating Conditions and Environmental Suitability:
●Ambient temperature is -5℃~+40°C, the average temperature during 24 hours couldn't exceed +35°C.
●Altitude: ≤2000m.
●Atmosphere condition: Relative humidity of the atmosphere couldn't exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40°C; much higher relative humidity is allowable under the condition of lower temperature, for example, when the temperature reaches +20°C, the relative humidity is up to 90%, taking into account the condensation that may occur on the product surfaces due to temperature changes.
●Pollution grade: 3.
●Installation category: II.
●The ND16 series signal lights should be installed in an environment without significant shaking, impact, vibration, and without exposure to rain or snow.
●It should be installed in an environment without the risk of explosion and where the medium does not contain gases that could corrode metals or destroy insulation, nor excessive dust.
●For products with a neck size of 22: Φ22.3 0+0.4 mm is compatible with Φ25.5 0+0.5 mm. For products with a neck size of 16: Φ16.2 0+0.2 mm.
