Perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA) is a premium melt-processable copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and high-performance fluorinated monomers. It combines the exceptional chemical resistance and non-stick properties of PTFE with the versatility of conventional injection molding and extrusion methods.

  • Optimized Flow Rate: Features a Melt Flow Index (MFI) of 10-11 g/10min, providing an ideal balance for both precision extrusion and injection molding.

  • Extreme Thermal Stability: Maintains a high melting point of 307 ± 5°C and a maximum continuous use temperature of 250°C.

  • Superior Chemical Resistance: Engineered to maintain integrity when exposed to aggressive chemicals and industrial solvents.

  • Excellent Electrical Insulation: Offers high volume resistance (> 1018) and a low relative dielectric constant of 2.1.

  • Mechanical Durability: Provides a tensile strength of ≥ 15 MPa with a hardness of Shore 60.
