PVDF Pressure Pipe PN10 PN16 PN20 Chemical-Resistant Industrial Piping OD 16–630mm for Chemical Processing, Semiconductor, Water Treatment and High-Purity Fluid Transfer
PVDF Pressure Pipe for Corrosive and High-Purity Fluid Systems
PVDF pressure pipe is designed for transporting corrosive chemicals, high-purity water and industrial process fluids under controlled pressure conditions.
Made from polyvinylidene fluoride, the pipe provides an effective combination of chemical resistance, mechanical strength, dimensional stability and smooth internal surface. Compared with many conventional plastic piping materials, PVDF is more suitable for demanding chemical-transfer systems, semiconductor equipment, water-treatment installations and industrial process lines.
Our PVDF pipes are manufactured by extrusion and are available in outside diameters from 16 mm to 630 mm. Depending on the pipe size, pressure classes of 1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa and 2.0 MPa are available.
Matching fittings, flanges, valves and customized welded piping assemblies can also be supplied.

FAQ:
1. What is PVDF pipe used for?
PVDF pipe is used to transport corrosive chemicals, high-purity water and industrial process fluids. Common applications include chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, water treatment, pharmaceutical systems, electroplating lines and industrial fluid-transfer systems.
2. What PVDF pipe sizes are available?
We supply PVDF pipes in outside diameters from approximately 16 mm to 630 mm. Available dimensions depend on the required pressure rating, wall thickness and production standard.
3. What pressure ratings are available for PVDF pipe?
PVDF pipes are available in pressure classes including PN10, PN16 and PN20, corresponding to nominal pressures of approximately 1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa and 2.0 MPa under specified reference conditions.
4. How should I select the correct PVDF pipe pressure rating?
The pressure class should be selected according to the operating pressure, operating temperature, transported chemical, pipe size, connection method and expected service life. Higher temperatures may reduce the allowable working pressure.
5. Is PVDF pipe resistant to acids and alkalis?
PVDF offers excellent resistance to many acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents and industrial chemicals. However, chemical compatibility should be confirmed according to the exact medium, concentration and operating temperature.
6. What connection methods can be used for PVDF pipe?
Common connection methods include butt fusion, socket fusion and flange connection. The appropriate method depends on the pipe diameter, system design, installation environment and maintenance requirements.
7. What is the standard length of PVDF pipe?
Common pipe lengths are 4 metres and 5 metres. Customized lengths may also be available depending on the pipe diameter, order quantity and transportation requirements.
8. Can you supply matching PVDF fittings?
Yes. Matching products can include PVDF elbows, tees, reducers, sockets, unions, flanges, tank connectors, valves and customized welded piping assemblies.
9. Can PVDF pipe be used in semiconductor and high-purity systems?
PVDF pipe is widely used in semiconductor and high-purity fluid systems because of its chemical resistance, smooth internal surface and low moisture absorption. The required resin grade and cleanliness level should be confirmed for critical applications.
10. What information is required to request a PVDF pipe quotation?
Please provide the required size, wall thickness or pressure rating, pipe length, total quantity, transported chemical, operating temperature, operating pressure, connection method and delivery destination. This information helps us recommend a suitable specification and prepare an accurate RFQ response.
