620 Single-Layer Reinforced Rib Silicone Tube is a high-grade food and beverage hose designed for breweries, wineries, beverage factories, dairy plants, and hygienic fluid transfer systems.

The hose is made with food-grade platinum-cured silicone, and the inner layer can also be customized with FVMQ, FPM/FKM, or FEP according to different working media requirements. The single-layer transparent PET reinforcing rib provides better structural support while maintaining good flexibility and easy handling.

This silicone hose is odor-free, smooth, and designed to reduce permeability and contact contamination during beverage and food liquid transfer. The outer silicone surface has good resistance to common cleaning agents, weathering, and aging. Platinum-cured silicone contains no plasticizers or harmful additives, making it suitable for high-hygiene food and beverage applications.

The hose can be used in CIP, SIP, and high-temperature sterilization processes. It is suitable for transferring beer, wine, beverage, dairy products, purified water, food liquids, and other hygienic fluids. End connections such as TC sanitary fittings, SMS fittings, DIN fittings, flange fittings, and threaded fittings can be customized according to customer requirements.
