Aramid Braided PTFE Hose

Aramid braided PTFE hose is a lightweight, flexible hose designed for fluid-transfer applications requiring chemical resistance, high tensile strength and a wide working-temperature range.

The hose consists of an inner-smooth, outer-convoluted PTFE liner reinforced with a high-strength aramid fiber braid. The smooth inner surface supports stable fluid transfer and easier cleaning, while the convoluted outer structure improves flexibility and helps the hose adapt to compact routing, vibration and equipment movement.

Compared with stainless-steel braided PTFE hose, aramid reinforcement provides a lower-weight solution while maintaining strong tensile performance. The non-metallic braid also avoids external metal corrosion, making the hose suitable for applications where weight reduction, corrosion resistance and flexible installation are important.

Available braid colors include black, white and yellow. Standard hose sizes range from 1/4 inch to 2 inches, with custom hose lengths, end fittings and completed hose assemblies available according to application requirements.
