One-Time Bule Fiber Optic Clean Stick For LC Connector 1.25mm Diameter

These CleanSticks are designed with two models, one for cleaning fiber optic SC, ST and FC connectors with 2.5mm diameter and one for cleaning fiber optic LC connectors with 1.25mm diameter. Easy to use and very efficient, Easy to clean ferrule end-faces inside the plug-in fiber optic connectors and various adapters.

How to Use a Fiber Optic Clean Stick:
1.1 Press the button to expose a fresh section of cleaning tape.
1.2 Insert the connector (ferrule) into the cleaning slot.
1.3 Rotate slightly (optional, for stubborn contaminants).
1.4 Remove the connector – Contaminants stick to the tape.
1.5 Click again to advance the tape for the next cleaning

Recommended Cleaning Procedure:

1. Insertion

Ensure that stick is held straight when inserting into the fiber optic connector ferrule.

2. Loading Pressure

Apply sufficient pressure (600-700 g) to ensure the soft tip is reaching the fiber end-face and filling the ferrule.

3. Rotation

Rotate the cleaning stick 4 to 5 times clockwise, while ensuring direct contact with ferrule end-face is maintained.

2.1 Data centers – Cleaning transceivers (SFP, QSFP, SFP28), patch cords.
2.2 Telecom/FTTH – Maintaining ODFs, splitters, ONU/ONT connections.
2.3 Field installations – Quick cleaning before OTDR testing or splicing.
2.4 Enterprise networks – Server rooms, CCTV fiber links.
