Dowell FTTH Drop cable assemblies with Optitap connectors combine the simple installation offered by standard FTTH Drop cable, which are designed for rugged outdoor environments, and the flexibility of compact drop cables, which are designed for challenging indoor environments where bend-tolerance is a concern. The design features a gel-free, fully waterblocked, UV-resistant 2.9 mm riser-rated (OFNR) drop cable centered inside a traditional Drop dielectric cable.
