Scania P470 Heavy Duty Truck Clutch Cover and Pressure Plate Assembly Car Fitment

1. According to the drawing of original factory, we produce the products of the clutch disc and clutch plate and ensure the smooth completion of assembling work.

2. The clutch plate adopts high standard parts.For example,the cover is made of Baogang pickling plate ,the plate use cast iron material and the spring of friction plate use Oil cold quenching process. So that the clutch plate we produced is characterized by its separation smooth, uniform strength.

3. There are friction discs on the clutch pressure plate, just like brake discs on wheels, which are made of asbestos and copper wire. The friction discs on the pressure plate also have the lowest allowable thickness. After a long driving distance, the friction discs on the pressure plate should be replaced.
