PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The system is mainly used to measure the center wavelength, half-height width and power of laser and other important performance indicators of laser. The device is modularly designed and mainly consists of a spectrometer, an optical power meter and an integrating sphere, and uses professional measurement software to measure the center wavelength, half-height width and power of the laser simultaneously. It is suitable for measuring luminescent devices such as laser diodes, laser diode assemblies, and dispersive monochromatic light sources, and can be customized for users for production lines. The measurement wavelength range is 200-1100nm, resolution 0.1-1nm, power range: 100nW-10W. Before the equipment leaves the factory, the integral sphere and power meter detector of the system are calibrated as a whole to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the system measurement. Therefore, the equipment cannot be disassembled at will during use, otherwise it needs to be recalibrated.
