Raman spectroscopy is a "fingerprint spectrum" of molecular vibrations. Different molecules of substances have different vibrational frequencies, and therefore it is often used as an important basis for substance identification. Raman spectroscopy is an ideal tool for studying biological samples and chemical compounds in aqueous solutions.At the same time, the clear and sharp peaks of Raman spectra are more suitable for quantitative studies, database searches, and qualitative studies using difference analysis.Raman can cover about 4000 wavelength intervals at the same time, and can analyze organic and inorganic substances. Conversely, if the IR spectrum is to cover the same interval, the grating, beam splitter, filter and detector must be changed.The sample for Raman measurement does not need to be pre-treated, and has a series of advantages such as non-contact, non-destructive, real-time,fast, and can be detected directly through the transparent package for raw and auxiliary materials. The YOA-8401-785 series Raman spectrometer is equipped with a narrow linewidth low-power laser with an excitation wavelength of 785nm, which has a spectral range of up to 3500cm-1 and a spectral resolution of up to 8cm-1. According to the intensity of Raman spectra, different sensitivity specifications can be selected, namely YOA-8401-785-01 general purpose type and YOA-8401-785-02 high sensitivity type. The instrument has stable performance, is easy to carry, and supports OEM customization and secondary development, providing great convenience for Raman testing in the laboratory and in the field.
