An additional sheath layer can be added to protect the fiber. These fibers can transmit light over a wide wavelength range and high power, making them ideal choices for photometry. Fibers are available with core diameters of 200-1100nm and 400-2200nm, and in 1-to-1, Y-type, 1-to-M type, and M-to-M type configurations. Customization options are also available for fiber diameter, core number, length, material, structure, and connector type.
