A short-cycle press is a type of hydraulic press that’s been optimized and changed to operate at the shortest and fastest cycle times possible. The main factor that puts short-cycle hot press lines in place is the short time they take to complete a given job or task.

Unlike regular presses that take their time or capitalize on the length of operations, short-cycle presses are different to the extent that the time it takes to complete operations is exponentially less than regular or standard presses.

YAL-ZU automatic production line is a fully automatic production line with a full-cycle design for melamine veneer. It shares the same functionalities as YAL-ZA and YAL-ZL models, but the difference lies in its U-shaped layout. By shifting the steel templates towards the back and adapting to the flexible layout of the customer's factory, it saves floor space while enabling the rapid production of high-end wood panels with glossy, matte, marble, and wood grain finishes.
