 The working principle of a Short Cycle Hot Press involves hot pressing on melamine paper via chrome texture stainless steel press plate to make different kinds of embossed surface on board. The melamine paper is made by the paper impregnation line.

YAL-ZL automatic production line is a fully automatic production line with a full-cycle design for melamine veneer. It features automatic board application and pressing, edge trimming, cleaning, drying, and stacking functions. By shifting and replacing steel templates with different patterns, it can produce high-end wood panels with glossy, matte, marble, and wood grain finishes. The main difference between YAL-ZL and YAL-ZA automatic lines lies in the cross-stacking capability, allowing for quick production of wooden flooring, furniture panels, and door panels.
