Production Description

This product includes three systems, namely:

the pretreatment system: including the raw water pressure pump, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, etc., used to remove suspended solids, color, odor, etc. from water.
The reverse osmosis system: mainly composed of high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane component, pressure vessel, pipelines, valves, etc., to achieve water desalination and purification.
The post-treatment system: including pH adjustment, disinfection and sterilization equipment, to ensure stable water quality.

Maintance

1.Check and replace the filter element regularly to prevent the blockage or damage of the filter element resulting in reduced water quality.
2.Clean the pre-treatment system regularly to remove accumulated impurities and sediments and keep the system unimpeded.
3.Regularly check the pressure difference of the reverse osmosis membrane component, if the pressure difference is too large, it should be cleaned or replaced in time.
4.Check the electrical system regularly to ensure that key components such as motors and pumps are running properly and that electrical connections are good.
