Lubekote 9120M-1 is a lubricant and release system designed for the polyurethane industry. This water-based solution can be diluted for optimal application.

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned before application. Stir the release agent well before use. For shoe sole applications, dilute by adding 10-20 parts water (preferably deionized). Apply a thin coat of Lubekote 9120M-1 and allow the water to evaporate before production.
For industrial use only. Avoid prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
