Excellent Anti-Stick Rubber Mold Release Agent for Silicone Rubber Parts
Lubekote 9700S is a concentrated polymer solution for silica gel release agent, featuring low friction and excellent release anti-stick properties. This release agent is primarily used for various rubber products such as rubber dies, and demonstrates equally effective demoulding performance on both metal and non-metal mold surfaces.

Application Guidelines
For optimal release performance, ensure the mold surface is clean and dry. Remove all traces of previously used release agents. Application methods include spraying, scraping, or brushing, with spraying being most effective. For best results, heat the coating surface above 100°C during application to ensure complete water evaporation.
New molds require two coating layers. During initial cycles, reapply release agent between each cycle. Once the mold reaches ideal condition, one application can last multiple cycles. Dilution with deionized water at 20-40:1 ratio or higher is recommended depending on specific process requirements.
