Solvent Aerosol Mold Release Agent Lubekote 9425
Lubekote 9425 spray can is a solid activated compound (PTFE) dispersion solvent-based release agent/mold protector, lubricant, with low friction and excellent release anti-stick properties, the release agent has a dry colorless coating, mainly used in rubber and plastic materials, with multiple release cycles, and will not be transferred to the mold product. It will not accumulate on the surface of the mold.
The LUBKO 1425 spray can is specially used for the release of NR, CSM, EPDM, CR, FR, HNBR, PVC, PC, silicone and polyurethane and composite materials. As a mold protective agent can be used for the mold just after cleaning, spraying on the surface of the mold can fill the surface of the mold, and then spray other water-based release agents, which can improve the release performance and mold cleaning cycle.

Polyurethane compounds, nylon, polyvinyl chloride, ionically bonded compounds, phenolic aldehyde, vinyl, ethyl ester, melamine.
The Lubekote 9425 spray can be used directly. For the new mold, two coats should be sprayed, the release agent should be sprayed in each cycle in a timely manner within the first few cycles, when the mold reaches the ideal condition, a brushing can be applied to multiple cycles.
