Lubekote 9919 is a semi-permanent lubricant system designed for coating of bladders and touch up coats on bladders or green tires. This water-based, ready-to-use solution offers particularly long-lasting multi-release capability with exceptional air bleed performance.

Lubekote 9919 can be applied directly on the bladder or into the green tire. A thin film provides multiple release capabilities.

New bladders should be clean and uncontaminated. Apply Lubekote 9919 to the new bladder before mounting on the press using a light spray. Ensure complete coverage without excessive application that might level out the bladder surface structure. Allow to dry at ambient temperature in a clean area. Pre-coat the bladder before heating during standard press preheating procedures.

Reapply by spraying, painting or swabbing when demoulding becomes difficult. Reapplication frequency depends on working conditions.

For optimal results, keep the inner line of the green tire clean. Apply via spray gun (manual or automatic in spray cabin) or with a sponge. Avoid excessive application to prevent vulcanizing problems. For new untreated bladders, treat at least the first two green tires before curing. For pre-treated bladders, treat the first or second green tire.

Note: When sponging for refreshment, avoid treating splices/overlaps of the inner liner. Do not store prepared green tires longer than 48 hours due to dust deposit risk.
