Solvent-Based Release Agent for Hand Paste FRP products LubeKote 9506 is a semi-permanent release agent for thermosetting resins and thermoplastics. This advanced polymer resin mixture of non-chlorinated organic solvents provides a long-lasting film that ensures excellent release performance and lubrication with minimal product surface contamination.

Application Process
The mold should be thoroughly cleaned before application in a well ventilated area:
- Apply Lubekote release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
- Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m²
- Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap for complete coverage
- Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
- Apply 4 total coats with final cure of 30 minutes at room temperature
- Heat curing (15 min at 60°C) improves film durability
Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant.
