Semi-Permanent High Brightness Mold Release Agent specially formulated for wind power blade production. Features include no migration, mold cleaning properties, and no interference with secondary product processing.
Primary Applications:
- Wind power blades (Lubekote 9023/9072/9071) - Semi-permanent, high brightness, no migration
- Blade molds/engine room covers (Lubekote 9043, 9041, 9040) - Low odor, environmentally friendly, cost-effective

- Thoroughly clean the mold in a well-ventilated area
- Apply release agent to a clean, dry cotton cloth
- Gently wipe over mold surface (0.5 m² area) without vigorous rubbing
- Repeat with adjacent areas, ensuring complete coverage
- Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
- Apply 4 total coats
- Allow final coat to cure for 30 minutes at room temperature before molding
Note: For hesitant release, reapply one additional coat following the same procedure.
