Mold Release Agent for Resin Concrete Solvent Based Multiple Releases

A specialized lubricant and release system designed specifically for the resin concrete industry, demonstrating excellent performance in releasing resin concrete parts. Can be diluted with solvent as needed.

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned before application. All cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area.

1. Apply Lubekote release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
2. Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² (vigorous rubbing not required)
3. Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap for complete coverage
4. Continue until mold is completely coated
5. Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
6. Apply 4 total coats following same procedure
7. Allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding (longer cure or heat curing at 60°C for 15 minutes improves durability)

Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant.
