This high performance concrete release agent is a lubricant and release system specifically designed for the resin concrete industry. It demonstrates excellent performance in releasing resin concrete parts and can be diluted with solvent.

- Thoroughly clean the mold before application
- Perform mold cleaning and release agent application in a well ventilated area
- Apply Lubekote release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
- Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m² (vigorous rubbing not required)
- Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap for complete coverage
- Allow 15 minutes between coats for film to cure
- Apply a total of 4 coats
- Allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding
Note: For improved film durability, allow longer cure time or heat cure (15 minutes at 60°C). Reapply one coat when release becomes hesitant.
