Lubekote Epoxy Release Agent Ideal for IC/LED Electronic Packaging No Transfer
This release agent is designed for use with insulators, high voltage switches, cast transformers, dry transformers, IC/LED electronic packages, precision plastics, and silicone insulators.
- Does not transfer to product parts
- Low odor formulation
- Eliminates knit lines
- Minimal build-up on molds
- Produces excellent surface finish
- Thoroughly clean the mold before application
- Perform cleaning and application in a well ventilated area
- Apply release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth
- Gently wipe over mold surface covering approximately 0.5 m²
- Repeat on adjacent areas with good overlap
- Continue until mold is completely coated
- Allow 15 minutes between coats for film curing
- Apply 4 total coats with final cure of 30 minutes at room temperature
- Heat curing (15 min at 60°C) improves film durability
