LubeKote 9121R is an external release agent for polyurethane (PUR), specifically formulated for the footwear industry. It provides excellent release performance for double density federal shoes, single density federal shoes, and similar products without compromising subsequent bonding, coating, or painting processes.

Preparation: Ensure release agent is at room temperature and thoroughly mixed. Stir with a low-speed mixer (100 RPM) for 5-10 minutes, repeating every 24 hours for 5 minutes.
Transfer: Use diaphragm pumps with stainless steel or plastic pipes to avoid high shear forces.
Spraying: Use needle-controlled air-assisted spray guns (0.3mm caliber) with output of 15-30g/min.
Application: Clean mold before first use. Apply thin, uniform coats to avoid excessive spraying affecting foam surface.
