9120M is a release agent specially developed for polyurethane soles. It has good demoulding performance. The product is water-based, environmentally friendly, and the product can be diluted many times and is not easy to dirty the mold.

The mold should be thoroughly cleaned. The release agent should be well stirred before use. For shoe sole application it can be diluted by adding 30-50 parts of water. It is best to use deionized water. Apply a thin coat of Lubekote 9120M. After the water has evaporated start the production.
